The main issue, now is to be like a SERVANT! to the SPs, you should smile at them with no reason, falsely assure them and take permission in everything you want to do, you have to persuade them to give you a passing score.When you are in the exam hall, have this in mind, you will pass for sure.
The main concern in this exam is CIS or communication interpersonal skill, Hx and PE are not too important. find more about CIS on USMLE website.
I don't know about the scoring system, but you should pass all three step to pass the exam. If you fail CIS, but pass Data gathering and English Proficiency parts, you are flunked.
One more thing, memorize the DDx from First Aid for Step 2CS, it will help you to prepare your Questions according to your DDx when you are in the exam and read doorway information before entering the exam room.
The last but not least, practice with somebody who can correct you.
