There is no such thing as an IMG friendly center. Its laughable that anyone would purport this rumor...! All centers have IMGs and AMGs so there is no way that one can be "friendly" or "hostile" to anyone. Do not even ask this question and undermine the confidence of IMGs. All centers are as friendly as they can be to "EVERYONE". I am an IMG and took my CS recently....the SPs are monitored by a camera and evaluated for bias always. Unless you are a bad doctor.....no one will "purposely" fail you because you are an IMG....just study hard and do well on the exam.....and pray too...lol.
