Shadia,
An interview with the program residents is a normal feature of most programs. It is just a way of welcoming you and giving you an opportunity to learn about the program features from the current residents in an informal setting.

I have written this previoulsy ..THey want to covertly administer sodium amytal to your body by mixing it with food. This drug will make you speak only the truth in the interview...NO more lies.

There are some questions that might be unpropper to ask to the program director, like benefits or if people are happy in there... but you can ask freely to the residents. Be careful that any misbehave during the dinner will be notified

what do u wear for the dinner they host the night before??

  #9

Comfortable clothing, not jeans, nice trousers or a skirt, nice shoes, light make-up, lovely smile.

they wanna see whether u get along with the residents that they already have ... high scores are good but most programs dont wanna be stuck with someone who isnt a good team player ... good luck

Their aim is to get to know you a little better and see how you fit with the residents in the program. No hidden agenda. They want you to see them, and they want to see you. RELAX!
