Shaking hands with the SP

Hi guys!... I have read in some books it´s ok to shake hands with the SP as you introduce yourself, in Kaplan they mention not to do that unless the SP takes initiative in doing so.

I feel more comfortable shaking hands..., could that negatively affect my grading?...

Shake with all patients, with confidence, (thumb up). but don't with SP with shoulder pain.

Agree with you, obvious with the wrist pain SP, but very good point with the angry SP, thanks
