Female, 18 years old, complaining of primary amenorrhea, BhCG is negative .Which test will you do to diagnose a hypothalamopituitary disease?

a. -Pelvic examination
b. -Prolactin and TSH
c. -CT of the sella tursica
d. -Provera challenge test
e. -FSH and LH

Primar Amenorrhoea age 18 ? raised eyebrow

anyhow, I think:

B. TSH and Prolactin

FSH and LH should be way down the list for workup.
