Dear BBB, I am sorry to ask you this redudant question. I have scheduled most of my interviews for NOV. After my first interview experience I had this feeling that the Faculty would probably not remember ever candidate by the time of the ROL. Now I am questioning my decision of scheduling the interviews . I do know that you mentioned now and again that "when you interview does not affect the match outcome" . Do the Faculty/ PD write their impressions or is there a grading system for the candidates? I know since you work form a particular program you may not know the particulars of the others . But I knew noone else who could allay my anxiety............... Thanks , boo

Yes, their write down their impressions. We have a grading system. In looking at three years of data, no difference between early, middle or late interviews.
