Well..I'm an old guy having finished residency back home in the PHilippines. I tried taking Step 3 but failed miserably due probably to the lack of clinical experience here in the US. Too many new stuff available here in the ER and wards that r not back home. So protocols r really different when a patient goes thru the door.
I studied with Crush. Now I'm thinking I need more especially since the CCS really killed me. I've been looking over some Kaplan prep. R they any good? They r a lot of money so I'd like to get my money worth.
FYI, I only need to pass and a training program has already told me if I get this, I can start with them.

Do usmle world CCS and there questions.
There ccs is worth the money, try typing out there orders on the software.
