loved physio & biochem...dr. dunn and the french dude..
patho was shit...don't bother watching or reading the lecture notes, goljan's better
neuroanatomy went over my head but maybe coz our college went over it in 1 month so i don't have any knowledge in it

I watched Kaplan video lectures at the center
The pharma lectures were great by Dr. Raymond ( I guess !) he's the same biochemistry lecturer.
note : I studied only Kaplan books and video lectures :

Hi... my score 240/97
Used kaplan videos, kaplan books, kaplan qbank, first aid and goljan... that is enough.
I do think videos are helpful 100%. Loved biochemistry and anatomy. Microbiology I think was the same as in the books (as reading the book with the teacher, not much new). Behavioral Sciences is wonderful (if Daugherty gave all the lectures I would have scored 100 hehehe that guy is awsome!! ).
But besides Kaplan videos, Goljan is a MUST.

guys - i have kaplan DVD which i bought from ebay- all of them wotn play - especialy genetics. it just breaks the rythm. is any one from uk here who has the dvds??

I used some old videos (dont know which version of them, I think they were 2004 also) and 2005 books... but from 2004 and 2005 books (and even 2006) there's not much difference. But thats why I decided to pay the online kaplan Qbank, in case there are new stuff, at least I might find them there.

I am preparing for the Step 1, taking it on February. Can any one let me know about the exam master, Is it good, worth it to buy it and practice it?
Also about the Qbank from Kaplan? I heard to extremes, or really good or bad? Any advice, I
am stressing out big time!!!

I also Agree with Allymd, Watching the videos Can Really save you time reading the kaplan books and gives you a better understanding for the material

loved behavioral and neuroanatomy. hated physiology videos, preferred to read the book. pharma ok. last two pathology video (slides) ok. avoided the microbiology videos. gross anato ~ ok. still waiting for score.
