I'm new too. Great forum guys!!! I'm going to take step 1 in September, after my summer holidays...which means no holidays this year I'm from Poland, will be an IMG in 2009. I have plenty of time 4 studying so I study hard. It would be VERY nice 2 meet someone like me

I am just about to start preparing for usmle. i am pg in derma and finished my mbbs in 1990. am presently in ireland where my husband is doing FRCA. want to do usmle to be able to work in NZ or Canada. want to appear in jan-march 2008 i need guidance on study material. have already ordered home study notes and qbank by kaplan but have been discouraged against home study notes and am confused whether 2 return it or 2 keep it. let me know in case i can join you. when did you pass your mbbs? what is your scheduling like? Please share what study materials you are atarting with, gursharan
