where is the defect ? What are the changes seen in serum testesterone ,estrogens and LH ?

The defect is in the lack of androgen receptors (either testosterone or DHT). External female, with breasts and a lower two thirds of vagina, but no Mullerian structures (uterus, ovaries, tubes, cervix). Undescended testicles are found, and should be removed. Hormone levels are normal. Estrogen is unopposed though, because there are no testosterone/DHT reeptors. Hence the female external genitalia.

Thanks there is increased estrogens, testesterone and LH.

I am not sure about that...I have been told that hormone levels are normal.
