Does anyone know if applying for the match with an Employment Authorisation Document i.e. while waiting for Green Card mean you can apply to programs that do not support H1b visa?
Any help would be appreciated.

hi me too have similar doubts,is ead as good as having g.c?i mean will options be as equal as a g.c holder?i hope step-3 is not required immediately.also can one apply for univ based programs that only sponcer j-1 and permenant residents?
if so usually what that time of max calls?early sept or oct?
