Hi guys,
Yesterday I took 2 ck. I had problems on the second block because it was mostly OB Gyn and Ped. Anyway, after that I thought it was more manageable. Yesterday it was the last day of my chosen time frame. So today, when I went on the Oasis website (I know that everybody is obsessed with the results, and I am even more obsessed!) I tried to register for step II CK and it allowed me to do it! Am I nuts and the system still needs to be upgraded? In any case I studied on USMLE World and Crush Step II. I think these two covered almost everything. However, when I went back home I realized that I missed some of the questions that were pretty easy. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
By the way, how many questions need to be done correctly to pass?

u have to wait till the score is reported (3wks for ck).. once its been reported then u try applying and if it lets u means u gotta take it again ... hopefully u wont ...

No, I did not take NMBE. The question format resembles UW. I can tell you that I was also doing some of the blocks from Kaplan Q Book and I did the USMLE CD. They are much easier.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that most of the topics (if not all) that are in both UW and Crush are in the actual exam.
The most difficult thing was trying to find a good pace in answering the questions. My first block was ok, in a sense that I was still kind of sleepy and I do not remember anything. The second block was really tough and I barely made it with the last question. Long questions and mostly OB and Ped (not my favorites). From the third going up to the end I found my pace because the questions were shorter. This does not mean that I answered well to all of them. I just realized that I made silly mistakes, but this is part of the game!
My suggestion is to use Crush and UW as much as you can and you will be more than fine. As for me I could not do UW more than once (but I did it all with all the explanations).
Just keep your fingers crossed for me because I just need to pass.
