to counsel, I think we should do regular counseling about smoking and drinking/illicit drug as usual. I can not imagine a person going to the bar without smoking/drinking/drug problem

RIB FX CAN CAUSE PNEUMOTORAX ETC ALSO HE WILL BE BREATHING SLOWOLY TO AVOID PAIN WHICH CAN CAUSE DECREASE VENTILATION TOO. ITS ALSO EXTREMELY PAINFUL. COUNSELLING ABOUT PAIN, STOP EXERCISE, ANT WORK WHERE HE NEEDS TO DO HEAVY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. THE HEALING PROCESS WILL BE SLOW AND TAKES TIME. SO BASED ON THESE FORMAT YOUR QUESTIONS. ALSO CONSIDER CATMD04 SUGGESTIONS
