no body have an official answer to these questions. but many are discussed her in the forum.
one you do an exam and get a score you can't see the exam again. in fact once you are done with a block and went to the other you can't go back to that block
these exams are for self assesment only not for studying.
you can use a screen capture program to save the q for later review (like gadwin on download.com)
go for self paced for only one reason if you lost your concentration and started raving or your computer freeze you don't loose valuable time because the on standard pace. the block expires in one hour and every unanswered question will be counted as wrong so you will get an unfair score report. but you should monitor your time yourself with a stop watch so you solve everything in one hour
don't try to search for these questions before you take them other wise you will get an inaccurate good result. just go for them when you feel ready for the real exam and want to test your performance but I do suggest you review them using screen capture and this forum and the books as many of these qs are repeated as is in the real exam (true for both step 1 and 2 in my case
