Kaplan Qbank USMLE

Good morning to All of you,

We hear all over the place that Qs are the key to the USMLE success.

Having said that, when do you start doing them?

1) Would you do Kaplan Q book after each book, then Kaplan Q bank and WU after the first reading - while reading the second time(how many blocks)?

1A) Guyes does it sound reasonable?

I do have only good 5 hrs a day and started 2 weeks ago (I do have my exgzam in April ~6 months).

MY PLAN of ACTION:

1st reading - until mid January (3 months)
2nd reading - until first week of March (7 weeks- almost 2 months)
II -III week of March just FA (2 weeks)
IV week of March - until the III week of April - only Qs (4 weeks)

2) When do you do Goljan, and having 5 hrs a day 8hrs on weekends - how many days do I need to "reserve" for this (average-good student (foreign graduate))?

3) What is the best order of studing subjects? I started with Neuro and Anatomy, what next etc.?

Thank you for your time and attention to this CRUCIAL matter,
M

well i have also started just recently
i wud sujjest you shud start with physio biochem then do patho (as these are highest yield), then do other sujects.neuro and anatomy are not very high yield.in patho choose only one either Golgan or BRS.GOLGAN (book and audio lectures) are a very gud combination.
cheers
