Case Western Reserve is a highly regarded University in Cleveland, Ohio. They're students rotate at the Cleveland Clinic as well. I'm actually in Ohio right now. As far as the St. Lukes/ St. Vincent program, that maybe their community university affiliated program. Either way, I think the program is good because of it being under Case Western Reserve.
