Dear fellows,
Is it too late to apply more for prelim position IM? I am going to do neurology and most iv from neurology are not provide PGY-1.
I applied to msny IM prelim position and have only rejections and on hold. So far, only 15% (2 in 20) of programs I applied to did respond to me. I am so frustate and wondering what is going on!

every person is in the same position. I too did not get any preliminary interviews yet.

how many prelim programs did u apply to ? also, do u guys require visas ?

I applied to 20 programs, my score 87/96/pass7cert/ need visa J1/ grad 1999/ previous training IM in home country.
I am just about to apply more but reluctant because this might be late and some programs might to even download due to full iv slot. What do u recommend?

i would suggest that u go ahead and apply to a few more programs ... it can only increase ur chances of getting an interview ...

so what's the word on the prelims? I haven't really gotten any IVs either... 9 IM Rejections, 12 TY rejections.
4 IM on holds
7 TY on holds...
Anyone else?
