In a case were orthostatic vitals are relevant, is it ok to write orthostatic vitals in the work up plan and mention that to the SP instead of taking them?..., since it takes a lot of time out of the encounter. Would the SP give you credit when grading you?...

Try to do it. If you are running out of time, you can do that; but tell the SP that you are will need to do that later and will put it in the orders.
