A) Fibroblast growth factor
it fibrosis, so FGF activated the fibroblasts to synthesize fibrous tissue!

Pink color and 9 month after acute inflammation , should be fibrosis because recall that myocardium is a permenant tissue which is unable to regenerate so have to repair by fibrosis after inflammation, also macrophages are definitely cells of chronic inflammation and they can induce fibrosis by producing fibroblast growth factor (FGF) enjoy studying medicine.
