so Lasix 40 mg every morning is your choice of treatment for high diastolic pressure?

recently I heard that high Diastolic pressure is from supra renal cause an treat them with alpha blockers , or phenoxibenzamin , phentolamin , tolazolin?
what do you think?
I am trying to think a reason for neuro leptics? Can some body please give me a clue?
