I am anesthsiologist from Iran I apply 30 progam 4rejection no iv so far It hopeless mad

it is advisable to apply more than 70-80 program, 20-30 IM for back up and 10 FP for further back up. have you cleared step 3.

yes, there is hope , be strong and positive. make your cv more positive while you are in the US.

Do you have any other better options?
In the US you will get there ( a practicing anesthesiologist), what are your chances in other places?start volunteering in one of the anesthesiology programs .
I have seen similar cases with happy endings .

I applied for one volunteer program they didnt anserw yet.
what was your sitution? rolling eyes

VA stands for Veterans Affairs
They are affiliated with teaching medical schools ,sorry I did not clarify it

To nazila,

Search "anesthesiology" in this forum. I read a success story from an IMG for anesthesiology.

Get the email address of all the programs in Anesth. all over the nation from the FRIEDA, email them and ask them for volunteer research or any help. also email individually to faculty. if you counln't succeed, try local learning hospital in ur city and ask for attending morning report and ground round. you most probably, will get this one.

Call the programs you have applied and ask them about your application status, try to persuade them to invite you for interview.
