I have some questions regarding dinner before interview day.
It will be with residents, don't know yet, if there will be some of other doctors.
1. what should i dress on?
2. what i'm supposed to do? What they expect from me? What kind of talking?
I mean, should i talk more about anything (like "bla bla") or about some medical topics, my plans, ask them about their hospital, patient cases, etc...
I mean is it a serious talking or just to get know each other....
Is it a some kind of test if i'll suit to them?

Dinner the night before is supposed to relax you, not stress you out. Almost anything but blue jeans will work.
