Is the score of step2ck more important than step1 to find a better job after passing the exam?

Is the age of applicant is very important in this matter?

I was told by a resident program director that step 2 score is more inportant than step 1. Have no idea what other think.

The years after graduation is also very important, unfortunately. But it is depends on the programs...

Is it possible for an IMG to enter ophthalmology, radiology, pathology, nuclear medicine?

How important are the factors mentioned before (score & age) in these fields?
