I meant CCL4. Well there occurs centrilobular necrosis and fatty change in liver. The second organ affected is kidneys. Occupation associated : in dry cleaners.

CCL4 becomes CCL3-, a radical which causes problem. Radical injury. I forgot how alcohol consumption though can exacerbate the problem.
