I took my Cs in oct .The mistake which i did with my pt note was that I wrote some of the history stuff in the pe block because of shortage of space.I would greatly appreciate If someone plz tell me how it is going to effect my pt note score.

dont worry, i wrote mine all out of space . my history part took up half of the PE part.it was grossly untidy too. i felt it was barely legible. i passed.thats not going to affect ur score.
