susan, 17 years old adolescent girl came to physcian with the complaintsof persistent sunburn which did not disappear even after extensive usageof all the creams in market. she complained of occassional fever, joint pains . physical examination reavealed a rash whichis like butterfly on face and not in any other area. joint examination is noraml. she is afebrile at the timeof exam. which of the following is most likely actas a screening for diagnosis.
