yes it is competive for surgery. in actual fact, i think those centres that are more chosy ask for not less than 210 so you are fine.

1st read kaplan
2nd did kaplan qbank and qbook
3rd watched kaplan videos
4th read crush
5th didd usmleword all tutor
last read secrets
2.5 months, all day (8am-8pm)
3 days off (including day before exam)

congrats joel! you have really good scores on both steps, you have great chances to get into surgery! next, maybe you wanna work on the other important selection criterias, like USCE, LoRs etc...but for now enjoy your success!
