Hi,
How do I fill my graduation gap? Any ideas, its been 5 yrs since graduation, adn I have been a house wife preparing for usmle and taking care of home

Be honest and say u were looking after ur family, do not mention of the exams.
Say now that u r free and can dedicate urself totally to residency.
Try to do an observership, to show u r in touch, or go back to ur country and work to get soem work experince.
