I got atleast one interview call. Should I send my dates via email or call them?

they usually say which one they prefer in the email. try to do it as soon as u get it,.

To drkpp, it is supposed to be less than 5 business days. if you don't hear from them,you can send another email or call the Coordinator.

So I guess I should email the coordinator.
I have applied more than one program within internal medicine (categorical and research). Should I indicate again that I have applied more than one track or she will know it?

I got an invitation to interview by email and than phoned them to fix the date of interview . But I'm still to receive confirmation email from residency coordinator which she said she will be sending soon.
Shall I call them up again . My date of interview is 30th Nove

they take time to confirm by email.. but u dont have to be impatient bcos u have scheduled it over phone( which i prefer over email scheduling ).
