Hi guys... like many of you my dream training program is Radio, but I'm confused about how to apply to the 1st year of training. I noticed that a couple of programs have the first year of training included in their program, but most of them do not!!! So, the question...
Do you have to apply to some transitional year or preliminary IM programs in addition to the Radio programs on your own?
Or, if the Radio program is ever interested in your application and take you, do they help you arrange the first clinical year?

you must apply separately for a transitional year(PGY1) and PGY2radio.
they dont help u find a PGY1 if u match into their PGY2 , it is ur look out. unless,as u said, they are among the few who have integrated PGY 1& 2
