I am doing Q-bank for step 1 right now and feel annoyed with many of the "syndrome" questions. It is really hard to remember all those names for different syndromes, especially some of them are real diseases. Pretty upset. Does any real test taker have suggestions as to how many "syndrome" questions will show up in real test? As frequent as in Q-bank? Is Q-bank really a good relection of real test? Tnx!
