Joel I took my exam on Oct 3 I hope ur score will have been updated today, but to check in oasis u have to wait may be till 5 am thursday you never know , but u can transmit and our results would have been updated in ERAS if they have been released

It will just depend on where you live. I believe that scores (at least for US students) are mailed from Philadelphia. My step 2 CK score came the Saturday after it was released, and my CS came on a Monday; I live on the west coast.
Alternatively you may be able to call or visit a location that receives your scores electronically. Being a US student, I was just able to drop by the Dean's office to get my score on Wednesday when it was released. I've heard other people say that the ECFMG office, or even residency programs may be able to release your score to you.
