I receiced a rejection and a couple of application received messages on my eras but i thought they also sent in emails to our accounts. The same messages have not appeared in my mail box. Is this normal or a issue of concern? I have double checked my email address to the extent of copying and pasting it from myeras and using it to send a message to my self. That seems to be working.... My goodness, every single step looks so uphill

it happens, sometimes they only send you the message to ERAS or only to your email or to both. But make sure you have disabled any filter in your email account.
