On Friday I got my first 2 rejections of two programs because my aplication wasn't complete in time and they had a deadline for aplication on Oct 20.
Two of LoRs for me were lost somewhere in ECFMG office.
yesterday one of them was found there.
I noticed that these programs which rejected me on Friday, reviewed this letter almost immediately after it was uploaded.
Why?
I don't understand why they are still interested in my documents, they already rejected me.....so... why?

The same thing happened to me, ll the 3 programs that sent me rejections downloded my updated transcripts .. I think some programs have automatic download of some sort, but I'm pretty sure they discard the documents of rejected applicant.

Because programs have to upload everything or nothing. We can't pick and choose.
