hi, a quick question: i noticed that, the program downloaded some of my documents immediately after my application; however, the since the LORs take 24-48 hrs to be sent by ECMFMG, the program didn't get the LORs; now, several days passed, the LORs are ready, but the program didn't come back to download the LORs. Do they just forget me or the program director is out of office? shold i call them to remind it?

its ok sometimes they get downloaded in a week or so
