I'm planning to apply for CS and I'm collecting info about papers I need, so please help me a little bit!
Can anyone tell me what is a Deans letter and where can I find one? Is it standard? Can I download it?

A dean's letter is like a recommendation letter from your dean. You may try to get it, but if you can't just put that won´t be providing one in your CAF and ECFMG will upload a document on behalf of it.

To Null,
If you can't get it from the dean, just use whatever you have.

So a regular recommendation letter from the Dean will do?

If it´s the only thing you can get, use that.
