bimanual pelvic examination, Pap smear, tumor markers, and TVUS i think no screening test is reliable enough at the moment

no real screening at the moment..but i think U/S and CA-125 for the high risk patient would be good a screening.

ovarian cancer & screening is difficult subject but the conclusions that at present no test is specific and sensitive enough to qualify for the screening of CA ovary. if you have to select one by one first is bimanual vaginal examination, then USA with vaginal prob is best and last is CA 125.
