IF THE PHYSICIANS NAME IS "JACK THE RIPPER" OR "FRANK ABAGNALE " ,I WOULD ADVISE AGAINST NAMING ..IF NOT ,THEN NO HARM IS LIKELY TO BE HARMFUL ENOUGH TO HARM YOU . DONT YOU THINK DR A ,DR B ,DR C ,D AND E ARE BETTER NAMES THAN DR F USE YOUR DISCRETION

Falcon, You are not writing a case report... It is your PS!!! If you worked with a US phisician it is a minimum that you write their names as it is. Not just an abbreviation. I think it is not just politeness... ...also would you be liked to call by your initials?! This is my take on the story and it's your call at the end. P.S.: Don't worry about laptop's answer, this is what he meant, too. Sometimes it is difficult to decipher his gentle sense of humor... Good Luck!
