yeah i agree, mine are in "word format" and they come out w/ a ton of symbols

You need "Winrar" software to unrar the files. One you have installed this software on your computer all you need to right click on the file and select extract here.

thank u sarmad! i downloaded winrar, but when i right-clicked the file and selected extract here, all the files showed up, but when i tried to open the word files, they were all blank. i'm sure i'm doing something wrong! please help.
