bbb and people who know, please help me on this:
By what time should I have finished all the steps to apply for the 2008 match. By what month does the application submission begin and what is the good time to apply? Also, what is the deadline? How am I at a disadvantage if I apply late? What is a better idea: applying early without CS scores or applying with CS scores late? Please enlighten me.

u need to be done with atleast step 1.2 and Cs by september ideally. but there are always variations. it is upto u.
application always starts on sept 1. Deadlines vary from program to program..
Applying early is the key usually.
