It's out of match - or pre-match. Meaning that you are hired outright.

Out match means one has to swim across the atlantic ocean and come out warm and perfused with sharks and whales(+/- crocodiles) clinging on to his swimming trunks(ONLY THE TRUNKS).As soon as one comes out of this expediton ,he gets outmatched....those who dont come out get inmatched.
Match is for lesser mortals who cant handle either of these
