I guess diabetic neuropathy affecting peripheral nerves

Answer is B
Large fiber neuropathy- large diameter fibers carry proprioceptive sensation and are the ones earliest affected in majority of diabetic neuropathies.
Posterior column unlikely to be symmetric distal involevment- moreover the profile of patient (Diabetes) doesnt specifically predispose to dorsal column involvement.
