hi guys i have this question from step 2 Ck application

Item 6. Other Examination History and Applicant Numbers

If you have previously submitted an application to the National Board of Medical Examiners® (NBME®) for a Part Step examination or to a U.S. State Licensing Authority for the Federation Licensing Examination (FLEX), and you know the Identification Number that was issued to you, enter the Identification Number(s) issued to you in the spaces provided.
  • National Board of Medical Examiners Applicant Identification Number
  • State Licensing Authority in the United States Federation Identification Number (FIN)

What is this Applicant identification number? Now i have taken step 1 but i dont remember any Applicant identification number. If it was on the orange permit, then i am stupid enough to have lost it....now any suggestions?

Then, i think it is better to enquire at ecfmg, before going ahead with your application.
