Hi, am an IMG, I passed steps 1 & 2, I have already forwarded my application for residency programs which sponsor H1 visas for the 2007 match. Sice these ask me to have passed Step 3 latest March 2007, how can I apply for the same exam? Which medical boards permit registration even if one is not yet in residency??
Will be grateful to receive any advice

You HAVE TO HAVE STEP 3 results to apply for the visa. Search on the forum - the answer to your question is here.
