Hi,
kindly help am stuck; which medical boards give licensure even if one is not yet in any residency program? This is coz I have applied for programs which sponsor H1B visas and hence I NEED TO HAVE PASSED Step 3 latest March, how can I go about all this coz I do not know which boards to register with so as to apply for the same exam? Thanks endlessly

you´ll find which states you can apply in that webpage. i remember they are approx 10-12 states where you can do it before your speciality. Examples: texas, connecticut, etc, etc.
