I have applied to around 20 anesthesia programs ,have got only one call from wayne state . No rejections from any where also . Should i contact programs for the status of my applications ? Do they send a rejection letter to everybody?

You can contact them, why not...however, don't hold Your breath waiting for their repplies. I got 3 or 4 rejection letters, I also got several letters asking to wait.Didn't get any interviews yet.
