I just passed CS exam and ECFMG send me a letter that I've met the Medical Science Examination under.............and I can use this letter to apply for appointment to an AGME program in the US.
Can I apply for step 3 now or I have to wait for the standard ECFMG Certificate?

u will get the standard cert. in a three or four days.
