hello Wht r the chances of not being approved H1 B visa from us consulate office in ur hometown ? lets say --- u get matched and program offers u a H1b visa...... Is it mandatory to go back to ur home country to get the H1 stamped ? Also --- what r the chances of getting rejected from ur homecountry when u apply for the visa.. wht happens to the position which was offered to u if u cannot make it till june begining ? thank you

1. there is chance of rejection. 2. depends on what kind of visa ur on. not everyoe needs to go back to home country. 3. good chance 4. some programs wait, some programs give position to someone else.
