Answer: B Loss of blue/green discrimination probably b/c of inhibition of PDE-6 (a phosphodiesterase found in the retina).

Yes, PDE-5 in corpus cavernosum, vascular smooth muscle and platelets; PDE-6 in retina. Sildenafil probably also inhibits PDE-6. Page 478 Lippincotts Pharm (2nd edition).
