cases are the same,u need to have MORE positives on the checklist the patient has. "howmuchmore" is not disclosed by the USMLE. the threshold has been raised on 2 of the 3 sections( i forgot which ones)

Standards were raised for ICE and ICS.

I DO PARTICIPATE IN THIS AND FEW OTHER FORUMS. I HAVE NOTICED MORE FAILURES IN CS EXAM AFTER THE JULY CHANGES. THE CHANGES ARE IN ICE AND ICS. OTHER WORDS THEY WANT BETTER PERFORMANCE IN EVERY THING EXCEPT PROFICIENCY OF SPOKEN ENGLISH WHICH IS NOT CHANGED BY USMLE.
